MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

My teaching philosophy is always evolving but currently my philosophy contains that of Reggio Emilia. Reggio Emilia philosophy states that "The Classroom is the third teacher." I believe that the classroom environment isn't just a place where the learning happens but is a space that creates successful learning. Mt hope for the classroom is to involve my students to create a space that works for them. My classroom will include authentic materials and a clam learning space. The outdoor environment will also be one that promotes play and the use of imagination.
